The mantel has been in place for just about a month and it looks WONDERFUL!  
The installation went as expected.  I completed all of the prep work and priming before the mantel was installed as you recommended.  
I was able to take my time and fit the mantel to the opening and all went well.
I'd recommend you in a heartbeat. You were an absolute pleasure to work with.  
In fact, I've given your name to one of my co-workers who is looking for a mantel for his home.
